Chris is the President of Torstar Digital. He served as CFO of Torstar Digital from January 2011 to April 2012, having overall financial responsibility for its portfolio of businesses and leading its merger, acquisition and partnership activities.
Chris joined Torstar Digital in 2010 as Managing Director of M&A and Partnerships. Before joining Torstar Digital, Chris held positions in corporate development and legal at Torstar Corporation since 2004. Chris has worked with Torstar Digital since its beginning and has played an important role in the acquisitions and partnerships that have formed Torstar Digital into what it is today.
Before joining Torstar, Chris was a corporate lawyer at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, a top-tier national law firm. Chris has a B.Sc. from Queen’s University, a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.

Chris spends most of “free” time with his young family. His main passions are sports – hockey, baseball, golf and running.
